Tilapia is a lean fish with a mild flavor and cooks fairly fast. To cook tilapia, you want to rinse and pat dry with a clean paper towel and then season with salt, pepper, paprika, and the lemon butter mixture.
Once you have your tilapia seasoned and the lemon butter mixture coated on the fillets just pop it in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4-6 Tilapia fillets
- 1/4 cup butter melted
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 lemon juiced
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350-400°
- Lighty grease a pan with avocado oil
- Season the fish with salt, pepper, and paprika on both sides
- Melt your butter in a bowl and mix in the lemon juice and garlic – Pour over the fish and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until flakes easily
