How to make no-bake energy bites

  • Boil water and let the dates soak for 5 minutes or until soft. Drain the dates.
  • Add all the nuts into the food processor or blender and blend until powdery texture forms
  • Next add in ¼ of the shredded coconut flakes, salt, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and the dates
  • Blend together until it forms a dough-like texture
  • Scoop out the mixer and roll into small balls with your hands. Roll them into the leftover coconut flakes and let them chill for 10 minutes or eat right away!
  • Enjoy!

  • cup cocoa powder unsweetened
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • pinch of salt
