Can you double this recipe?

Yes you can! Just bake the sugar cookie bars in separate pans.

How to store frosted sugar cookie bars

Once the sugar cookie bars are cooled down, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.

You can freeze the sugar cookie bars frosted or unfrosted.

I do not recommend storing them in the refrigerator. This will only dry the cookie bars out.
