Super moist chocolate chip banana nut bread that no one can resist

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3-4 medium bananas mashed ripe
- ½ cup unsalted butter melted
- 1 egg
- 1 cup brown sugar (light or dark) packed
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup mini chocolate chips dark or milk chocolate
- ¾ cup walnuts chopped
Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease your 9x5 loaf pan and line it with parchment paper.
In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Set aside
In a large bowl, using a mixer cream the melted butter and sugar together until it has a pasty consistency. Next, mix in the egg, mashed bananas, and vanilla extract. Mix until everything is combined.
Now take the dry ingredients and fold them into the wet ingredients. Don't over mix.
Fold in the chocolate chips and walnuts
Pour the batter evenly into the loaf pan. Top it with an extra banana, chocolate chips, or walnuts if you like.
Bake for 1 hour or until done. Insert a toothpick to check if it comes out clean then you know it's done. Let it cool and set before serving or removing from the pan.
