- Season the chicken and heat up a deep skillet or pot with some avocado oil. Cook the chicken for a few minutes on each side until white - doesn't have to be fully cooked - put the chicken to the side
Slice your carrots, celery, and onion - saute for 10 minutes in the same pot. Add in the garlic and saute for another minute
Pour in the chicken broth and season with salt and pepper - may not need much if your broth is already salted - shred your chicken and add it to the pot along with 2 cups of water. Let this simmer for 5 minutes and then add in your noodles of choice.
