avocado oil
or olive

sea salt

turmeric

garlic powder

tsp
paprika

onion powder

ground black pepper

cilantro or parsley
for topping; finely chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F and line your baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
Peel and slice the jicama into fries
Boil the jicama for 10 minutes or place in a microwave safe bowl with water and microwave for 6 minutes. Drain and place in a bowl
Drizzle with avocado oil and add all of the seasonings then toss to coat the fries well
Spread the jicama fries on the baking sheet and bake for 25- 30 minutes. Toss halfway through
Let cool and garnish with parsley or cilantro. Enjoy
