Turkey Stuffed Peppers Without Rice | Keto Low Carb
Keto and low carb turkey stuffed peppers full of flavor and topped with cheese.

cheddar, pepper jack, or mozzarella
Start by washing off your bell peppers and cut them in half then clean out the seeds and membranes. Place on your baking sheet.
Heat some avocado oil in a large pan over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until onion is translucent, about 3 minutes. Next add in the ground turkey and your seasonings. Cook until browned.
Next pour in the tomatoes and mix until evenly incorporated.
Stuff the peppers with the ground turkey mixture and pour a bit of water in the baking sheet. This will help soften the bell peppers while in the oven. Cover with a sheet of foil.
Bake until the peppers are soft for about 30 minutes. Remove the foil and add the cheese on top and let it bake for 5 more minutes until melted. Remove from the oven and enjoy!
