Brownie No-Bake Vegan Energy Balls
Brownie inspired no-bake vegan energy balls are a healthy way to get an extra boost of energy or just to snack on
Food processor or blender
shredded coconut flakes
macadamia nuts and walnuts
half and half
Boil water and let the dates soak for 5 minutes or until soft. Drain the dates.
Add all the nuts into the food processor or blender and blend until powdery texture forms
Next add in ¼ of the shredded coconut flakes, salt, maple syrup, cocoa powder, and the dates
Blend together until it forms a dough-like texture
Scoop out the mixer and roll into small balls with your hands. Roll them into the leftover coconut flakes and let them chill for 10 minutes or eat right away!
