Let the mixture come to a boil and add in the flour. Turn the flame to low heat and mix until it gets clumpy. Turn off the flame completely and keep mixing until the dough forms.

In a medium saucepan heat up the heavy cream and add in the vanilla, cinnamon, cocoa powder, and powdered sugar. Continuously mix until smooth. Taste and add more powdered sugar if needed.
